Birth Doula Support Package ($650)
Inclusions:
- (1) Meet + Greet
- Chat to make sure we I am the doula for you.
- (2) 1 hour Prenatal Visits before 38 weeks of pregnancy
- We go over your birth preferences, comfort measures, ask + answer questions.
- On Call for birth support from 38-42 weeks of pregnancy
- Birth Support through all of your birth
- No limit on hours, it takes as long as it takes and it is covered in the fee.
- (1) Postpartum Visit about 2 weeks after birth
- We check in with each other, ask questions about the birth, check up on feeding and wellbeing.
- Copy of my resource list of local services available
- Availability to answer questions, give resources, and hear concerns
While Cindy works towards her certification, her flat fee of $650 includes the above pkg for the whole time we are together! Interested in a FREE meet & greet?

Postpartum Doula Support ($300)
Inclusions:
- 1 Free Meet + Greet to see if we'd make a good team
- 1 Prenatal Visit where we talk about your postpartum vision. What includes, what support you have and what you need from me.
- 12 hours scheduled weekly when you need me within my hours helping with feeding, light daily chores, food prep, baby basics and letting family rest.
- Help set you up for success so when we are done our time together (usually around 3 months or sooner), you are confident and prepared.
